Dancesophy
An invitation into a living relationship with movement — not as performance, but as a language of the soul.
Move with intention. Ignite authentic expression.
Enter a space where the body becomes a place of discovery—where imagination awakens, and what has quietly waited within begins to take form.
Dancesophy is an immersive movement journey through the many currents of the feminine: wild and grounded, sensual and powerful, intuitive and alive.
Through guided movement and subtle coaching, you are gently led inward—into sensation, presence, and awareness. Here, movement becomes a language through which the inner world finds expression.

Core Themes
Dancesophy explores:
• What it means to be human
• Freedom as a lived experience
• Feminine embodiment and expression
• The unfolding of hidden talents
• Inner transformation through movement

The space we create
Dancesophy is more than a workshop or method—it is a shared journey. Through art, movement, and spoken reflection, we create connection—where difference becomes dialogue and creativity becomes a meeting point.
A space where:
• imagination becomes form
• experience depends into awareness
• movement reveals meaning
Roots and influences

Dancesophy—the wisdom of dance—an internationally recognised practice founded in 2008, draws inspiration from traditional dance forms across Persia, India, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, interwoven with subtle elements of eurythmy.
Enriched by sacred geometry, archetypal imagery, Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy, and spiritual science, it integrates ancient wisdom into a refined contemporary experience—creating a bridge between earth and spirit while opening space for personal exploration and discovery. Through workshops, retreats, and immersive experiences, Lucia guides women to reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies, awaken their creative fire, and access deeper layers of truth and presence.
Who is this for?

For those who feel the pull to move— even if they don’t yet know why.
For those who want to step out of tension— to breathe, to soften, to feel alive.
For those drawn to dance as expression and celebration, where movement is not performed, but lived.
For those curious to explore the many ways a body can be— flowing, igniting, expanding, grounding, shaped by attention and imagination.
For those navigating change, seeking something deeper, or simply wanting to feel more connected—to themselves, to others, to life.
For those who sense that through movement, something can shift, something can open, something can become.

Testimonials

Dear Lucia,
Many years ago we met at your fantastic Festival ‘Bohemian Fest’ in Catania. I loved the experience, the welcome, the teachers, the students, the church where we danced…I was fascinated by your personal style, both on and off stage. You have a glamorous and gypsy magnetism that permeates everything: the stage, the lessons, your family…We later met again in Catania, at your workshops in Barcelona and Granada (Luz de Luna Festival 2016… 10 years ago!). A modern woman with deep ancestral roots, constantly evolving, you are never the same, and this amazes me. You are eternal essence, an ascending spiral, diving into the human soul.

Dancesophy is not simply dance, but a journey to rediscover our origins through movement. It draws from the dances and cultures of the earth, where external traditions become pathways for inner exploration. In this process, movement becomes a medium for awakening—bringing the wisdom of the body and the depth of the soul into harmony, and restoring a natural sense of inner balance.

Dancesophy workshops are always unique and different journeys through movement and music. Lucia, with her grace and harmony, manages to break through the barriers that condition us, allowing emotions to flow in total freedom and providing new self awareness. I love it.
