What can dance teach us about freedom?
This experiential Dancesophy workshop explores presence, movement and rhythm as pathways to inner awareness, creative expression and conscious action.
We will explore centre and periphery, impulse and intention, grounding and openness—discovering how what begins within can become gesture, movement and connection with the world.
No previous dance experience is required—only curiosity, openness and a willingness to explore.
Education, Community & Social Renewal is a broader initiative bringing together education, the arts, movement and community life, born from an aspiration to contribute to a culture rooted in presence, creativity and the quality of our relationships.
