Dancesophy takes place in the mornings, offering an immersive experience of movement, presence, and creative exploration. The afternoons continue our shared journey by the sea, where the natural landscape becomes part of our practice, inviting reflection, connection, and embodied awareness. On Sunday afternoon, there is an optional sailing experience for those who wish to extend the spirit of the retreat through a shared journey on the sea.
Optional Individual Sessions: For those who wish to deepen their journey, individual sessions in educational, personal, and professional coaching will be available by appointment.
The workshops will take place at ‘La Stella’ Waldorf inspired Association, Ceglie Messapica (Brindisi), Puglia.
